# 18.退款？

## 如何退款？

1.打開《側邊欄》--> 《反饋》---> 《退款》，查找到訂單記錄，提交退款申請。（1.6.8版本以上）

2.退款申請提出後，因為不同支付平台的處理速度原因，通常24小時內，退款會原路返回。

3\. 可以通過該頁面查詢退款狀態。

## 退款時效？

| **月卡** | 3天       |
| **季卡** | 1周       |
| **年卡** | 1周       |

## 退款規則？

1. 退款需在有效期之內進行。
2. 為防止惡意刷會員的行為，每用戶30天內僅允許退款一次。
3. 提交退款後，因各支付平臺處理速度，流程的區別，不會立即生效。
4. 退款後，SVIP會員即被取消。
